The Life School of Leadership Arts is bringing its vision for fresh, fun, cutting edge, and out-the-box education with its flagship school in Scottsdale.
The Life School of Leadership Arts (LIFE) is working to revolutionize education and is centered around three educational pillars: character development, academic excellence, and everyday life skills.

“In our modern day world where the average attention span of humans is six whopping seconds and kids are tired of being ‘talked at,’ we are providing a refreshing educational alternative that makes learning fun, exciting, rewarding, and empowering,” says co-founder Chaya Mushka Ben-Shabat. “LIFE offers top notch education in a warm, loving, and supportive environment.”

In addition to academics, LIFE also puts a strong emphasis on personal development. Their mission is to help students learn and master the critically important, yet often underestimated life skills that are required to thrive in today’s environment. Time management, emotional management, communication skills, leadership, goal setting, home management, nutrition, money management, and long-term planning are just a few of the skills they teach.

At LIFE, children learn by doing in a very hands-on environment by embracing technology, growing plants, taking care of animals, helping clean and care for the school, spending a lot of time outside, and actively working on strong character development. There are art, music, and sports activities. LIFE’s goal is complete academic excellence but, in each child’s own unique way.

LIFE is currently enrolling for their first preschool, serving ages 0 to 4, this spring. Their campus is located at 6140 E. Thunderbird Road in Scottsdale.
