Looking to add something a little sweet to your Easter Sunday then try these!


2 8 oz. packages cream cheese

3 Eggs

½ cup sugar

Vanilla Wafers

Fresh Fruits or canned fruits of your choice (blueberry, strawberries, or cherries)

Foil lined Cupcake Cups


Pre-Heat oven to 350 Degrees

Soften cream cheese. Beat in eggs and sugar. Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of the cups. Fill 2/3 with cream cheese mixture.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Top with fresh fruit and refrigerate until serving.
