“When you have an electrical project that needs doing, you need it done yesterday.”
That attitude, along with their combination of technology, professional experience and first-rate customer assistance, has earned Fox Valley Electric the reputation of delivering fast efficient service with competitive pricing.
“We pride ourselves in having repeat customers and building relationships with residential customers and commercial clients,” Controller Kate Armstrong says.
“When you call Fox Valley Electric,” company President Randy Cole says, “we guarantee that your job will be done right with a high level of quality through experienced trained electricians, on-time and on-budget. We ensure this by focusing on communication with our clients and believing that 100 percent customer satisfaction is our most important task.”
A family-based business, Fox Valley began servicing the Phoenix area in 2007 as a small company working out of their home and has since grown to a business of about 50 employees with an office just off of I-17 near Metro Center. Randy serves as company president and owner and oversees the entire operation, while his daughter Kate manages HR and serves as controller. In addition to their 50 employees, the company has three full-time service vans.
Fox Valley handles a wide range of projects, both residential and commercial, all over the Valley. Randy says that because of their reputation, they also get a lot of business referrals from property managers and restaurant groups that have been steady clients.
With their service vans and quick freeway access, Randy says Fox Valley does a lot of business in Deer Valley on both the commercial and residential levels. “No project is too large or too small,” he says, “from simple receptacle installation to new additions and remodeling electrical upgrades. Whether you need a new ceiling fan installed, a new garage outlet or need our expertise in troubleshooting electrical problems and rewiring panels, we have the expertise to get the job done.”
Randy says their family focus and building a family-work atmosphere, as well as their experience in new construction, wiring and repairs for both home and business environments sets them apart from the competition. So does going the extra mile, as exemplified by their offering Christmas light service for the first time this past holiday season as a way of meeting people’s needs.
“Our customers know that we have the people in place to service them and that we take all the calls from customers personally and pride ourselves on being available to those with questions,” Randy says. “We’re also very hands-on and customer referrals are very important to us,” he adds.
Customers agree: “When the breaker box caught fire on the house in June, Fox Valley had the box replaced within a day from the occurrence,” William writes on the company website. “They went above and beyond your normal company. They are five star in my book.”
“Fox Valley Electric has completed several projects for us over the years,” adds Jimmy Campbell, CEO of Campbell Development. “They continue to impress… as their projects are consistently delivered on time and under budget.”
“I believe people do business with people they want to do business with and are willing to pay what they think is fair for services,” Randy says. “We’re relationship-based, because people, on average, only hire an electrician every couple of years,” he adds.
