Scottsdale residents are gathering at the Village Health Club & Spa at DC Ranch, located at 18501 N. Thompson Peak Parkway, to enjoy some great food, reconnect with neighbors, and get some fresh air.

The Food Truck League schedules eight to 10 trucks every Wednesday night from 4-7 p.m. All of the trucks prepare meals that are perfect for take-out style dining to help promote social distancing.

The Food Truck League brings together various flavors and cuisines from all over the world to one convenient location so everybody can find something delicious,” according Mason Gajkowski, operations manager. “Every week, we bring different trucks, so whether you are looking for a snack, a full meal, or a mind-blowing dessert, you’ll never run out of options,” he adds.

“Food has a special power to bring people together,” Gajkowski continues. “There are so many things that divide us but all of that goes away when you’re enjoying your favorite food. It’s great to see neighbors reconnect, couples take a break from Netflix to have date night, and families eat together because there are options for everybody.”

“The Food Truck League will continue to schedule trucks throughout the year as long as residents come hungry,” he adds. “The Village has wonderful amenities and when we are in the heat of the summer, the pool will be a great way to cool off as well.”

The Food Truck League schedules trucks for private events like weddings, birthday parties, and more. “We bring trucks to offices, business parks, apartment complexes or grocery stores,” Gajkowski says. “With over 100 truck options, we can create the perfect food options for any event!”
