Eggstasy, an Arizona-based breakfast and brunch restaurant, is making its debut at The Shops at Norterra. The new location will join the widely popular café’s four additional brick-and-mortar spots: Scottsdale Shea, Scottsdale Ranch, DC Ranch Market Street, and Chandler Watermark.
The eatery has made its mark on the Valley foodie community, taking the title of “Best Breakfast” by Arizona Foothills in 2019 and 2020.

From omelets and eggs benedicts to French toast and crepes, the restaurant has something to satisfy every tastebud. A few menu highlights include: Boozy Cinnamon Crunch Toast Pancakes, Dutch Apple French Toast, Fried Chicken and Waffles, Apple and Brie Omelet, Loaded Sweet Potato Mash, Carne Asada Steak Frites Frittatas, and more. Coffee connoisseurs can get their caffeine kick from the full-fledged coffee bar—including Nitro cold brew on tap—or choose from a variety of tasty cocktails including Boozie Salted Caramel Iced Coffee, Sparkling Pomegranate Punch, Mimosas, or a Bloody Mary complete with chocolate covered bacon. Eggstasy also has a variety of lunchtime staples.
