The publishing industry is nothing new to Shannon Carrillo as she has been in the publishing world for more than 20 years. She started with the original Deer Valley Times in 2014 and continued working with the team when EG Publishing was founded. She designs each publication, adds content to the website, and oversees the production end of—well—all the things! Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and going on adventures with her husband, young daughter, and dog.
