We have a handful of new construction homes available by various builders in the Norterra area. There are also three new communities not yet released but that will start opening soon; two by D.R. Horton and one by Taylor Morrison.
Currently there are four builders available in Union Park. Those builders include Ashton Woods, David Weekly, Cachet and newly released K. Hovnanian. Here’s a quick break down of what’s currently available:
Ashton Woods Homes offers zero lot line type homes, all of which are two-stories. Currently, the only remaining homes available range from $375,990 for an 1,803 sq. ft home, to $509,990 for a 2,472 sq. ft home (these are based upon current models).
David Weekly Homes offers single family, mid-range priced homes at Union Park. Pricing starts from $467,990 to $562,990. The homes range in size between 2,332 sq. ft to larger two-story models at 3,864 sq. ft. They currently have new construction and move-in ready homes.
Cachet Homes brings an upper-end product to Union Park. Prices start at $518,900 for a 2,831 sq. ft. home and go up to $610,900 for a 4,115 sq. ft two-story home. They do have the ability to expand up to a four-car garage, but there are only six lots left that will accommodate the fourth car option.
K. Hovnanian Homes is new to Union Park and has just released their models and lots. Their “Luxury Townhomes” have common walls, but rear exterior patios and two-car garages. The unique feature for this home is the rooftop patio option. It’s an expensive option at $36,000 but offers great views and a beautiful outdoor living space. Prices range from $334,990 for a 1,954 sq. ft model to $359,990 for a 2,401 sq. ft model (also base pricing).
Homes by Town at Desert Village in Sonoran Foothills is closing out, and they have two inventory units available left at $316,386 and $286,867.
24 Shea near Sonoran Foothills is in their final closeout as well. They currently have one unit left for sale at $342,937 that is 2,204 sq. ft and is nicely upgraded.
