On Saturday, March 26 from 7 a.m.-noon, join Happy Valley Town Center and Keep Phoenix Beautiful for a free recycling event where dozens of household items can be disposed of ethically and responsibly to keep Phoenix as beautiful as possible.

At this event, the public can shred important documents like old tax returns safely and conveniently for free. Other items that will be accepted include: hard drives, cell phones, flat screen televisions, laptops and other electronics, bikes, school supplies, non-perishable food and housewares, office supplies, and rechargeable batteries. Items not accepted include single-use batteries, CRT televisions and monitors, prescription drugs and hazardous waste like oil, paint, and chemicals.

The IRecycle Phoenix event will be at Happy Valley Towne Center located at 2501 W. Happy Valley Road on the Northwest end of the center near Walmart.
