According to YAM Properties, over the course of the last five years, they have been directly responsible for the acquisition of more than 2.1 million square feet of commercial real estate with an emphasis on retail.
“As an Arizona-based owner-operator, YAM Properties’ knowledge of the Phoenix market goes deep. We know where prospective tenants and owner-users in the market for mid- to large-size space want to be, now and in the future,” cites the company.
