YAM Properties, the real estate investment and development group of businessman Bob Parsons, is welcoming new tenants at two of its Scottsdale-based properties.

Both complexes, Pima Crossing and the Scottsdale 101 shopping center, are vibrant hotspots in the community and draw a multitude of visitors with their unique mix of specialty shops, familiar big-box stores, restaurants and entertainment destinations.

Pima Crossing is the most recent complex to join the YAM Properties’ retail portfolio. Purchased in 2021, the center is situated in North Scottsdale, alongside the Loop 101 Freeway and Shea Boulevard. It is comprised of seven buildings and features a variety of well-known businesses, including: PGA TOUR Superstore, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, Culvers, and Sherwin-Williams Paint Store.
Only a few months since the acquisition, the center is already seeking new opportunities. The beloved, Arizona-based restaurant, Macayo’s Mexican Food, is slated to open its doors soon. Scottsdale Gymnastics, The Beauty District and Partners Dog Training will also debut later this year, further diversifying the center’s offerings.

The Scottsdale 101 shopping center has also experienced tremendous growth under YAM Properties. Expanding alongside its vibrant community, the center has welcomed a diverse group of new tenants within recent months. The complex will see additional new occupants through 2021, including the recently announced Butters Pancakes & Café. Known for its sweet and savory dishes, the restaurant serves up delectable pancakes, omelets, burgers, wraps, salads, specialty items and much more.
