Emerging as an innovative trailblazer, Trevor’s Liquor challenges the typical liquor store mold. The brand amalgamates a beer and wine bar, an avant-garde beer cave, a pristine walk-in humidor, and an exquisite cigar smoking lounge—each corner echoing the elegance of its premium craft beer, fine wines, distinguished spirits, and opulent cigars.

This forthcoming 13,700-square-foot venture, reclaiming the previous Sears space, promises more than just luxurious spirits. Visitors can anticipate a full-fledged restaurant and bar, an ample outdoor patio for relaxation, and high-tech golf simulators.

Jeff McDonald, owner and partner of Trevor’s, articulates the store’s ethos, “Our commitment is to transcend the regular liquor store aura. We aim to craft an atmosphere that fosters community bonding.”

Having made its debut in December 2020, Trevor’s mission to revolutionize the liquor store ambiance was first witnessed at Trevor’s on McDowell. Following suit, Trevor’s on Mayo graced the Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center in January 2023, offering artisanal pizzas and a polished bar. With the third location set to open its doors in Arcadia this December, the brand’s growth trajectory has been nothing short of impressive.

Sprawling over 100 acres, PV is anticipated to be a hit. This multi-faceted project promises a plethora of dining, retail, and entertainment avenues, accompanied by a scenic hotel. With lush green expanses and intricate walkways, PV is poised to redefine the concept of live-work-play, offering opulent residences and state-of-the-art office campuses, inclusive of amenities like a rooftop tenant lounge and pickleball courts.

The inaugural phase in 2024 will introduce a 400-residence luxury edifice, The Blake, along with Whole Foods Market and Harkins Ciné Grill. Recent announcements have also spotlighted upcoming tenants such as Fox Restaurant Concepts’ Blanco Cocina + Cantina and Flower Child, Sephora, Aveda, Wren House Brewing Co., and Frost Gelato, while 2026 is set to see the debut of the groundbreaking Life Time Living.
