In a unanimous decision that adds to the landscape of luxury living in Paradise Valley, the Paradise Valley Town Council approved a new high-end community recently. The development, currently known as Quail Run, spans over 10.2 acres of land with views of Camelback Mountain to the southwest and Mummy Mountain to the northwest. Located on North Quail Run Road, this luxury enclave will add more upscale homes to Paradise Valley’s real estate offerings.

Developed by Scottsdale-based Tuna Group LLC, with Gordon Berry at the helm as CEO, the project is set on land south of Lincoln Drive and west of Scottsdale Road. It comprises two preliminary plats for four-lot subdivisions, resulting in a total of eight lots ranging from one to 1.3 acres each. Berry, alongside a handpicked team of architects, designers, consultants, and builders, is set to build a boutique luxury community that blends seamlessly with the exclusive character of Paradise Valley.

The approval process was not without its challenges. Initial opposition from nearby residents concerned about potential traffic increases led Berry to revisit the project’s design. By rerouting access to Quail Run from the north, the developer has successfully addressed these concerns, paving the way for unanimous council approval.

While details about the style and pricing of the homes within Quail Run remain under wraps, expectations are set high, with homes starting at 8,500 square feet. Berry’s vision for the community is one of exclusive luxury, catering to high-net-worth individuals seeking a seasonal retreat or a palatial residence in Arizona. The developer’s openness to customizing lots for buyers desiring more extensive properties underscores the project’s flexible and client-centric approach.

This approval marks another success for Berry, following the green light for the Silver Sky project last year. Located near Invergordon Road and Mockingbird Lane, Silver Sky’s four showcase homes, ranging from 7,500 to 15,000 square feet, are currently being designed, with prices expected to start from $11,250,000.
