Anytime Fitness, ranked as the 2021 top fitness franchise brand by “Entrepreneur” magazine, is bringing muscle to northwest Phoenix with the opening of a 4,340-square-foot gym at Stetson Village, Pederson Group’s upscale neighborhood shopping center at Happy Valley Road and 39th Avenue.

The new location, which opened last month, caters to anyone interested in a healthy way of living, according to Thomas Doolittle, managing member of Anytime Fitness.

“We are a neighborhood club that makes a personal connection with our clients by giving them access to a health coach and customizing a plan to meet their fitness goals,” he says.

Stetson Village’s newest tenant will be a win-win for Anytime Fitness and the community, according to James Pederson, designated broker for Pederson Group. “There will be an exceptional opportunity to reach a burgeoning population in the area while giving residents access to more amenities,” he says
.
Opened in November 2008, the 144,000-square-foot Stetson Village is located at the entry to Stetson Valley, a master-planned community with more than 4,000 homes nestled between the Peoria Regional Preserve and Sonoran Desert Preserve. The Class A retail center is also near the headquarters of USAA, Best Western, Discover Card Services, and other major corporations. Stetson Village has a broad tenant mix, including Safeway, Phoenix Children’s Academy and Chase Bank, plus Starbucks, Humble Pie, The Good Egg, Foothills Physical Therapy and approximately 30 other retail establishments. With the addition of Anytime Fitness, the center will be 100% leased.

Anytime Fitness operates nearly two dozen gyms throughout the Valley. For more information, visit pedersoninc.com/stetson-village or anytimefitness.com.
