On Sunday, April 4, elements at Sanctuary On Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa will delight guests with a cheerful Easter Brunch crafted by Executive Chef Beau MacMillan.

This year’s three-course Prix Fixe Easter Brunch is packed with delicious flavors. Menu highlights include Spring Asparagus Soup with black truffle and peeky toe crab salad; Roasted Tomato & Candied Fennel Tart with raclette cheese, crispy pancetta, fried two ways farm egg and romesco; Crispy Parmesan & Panko Crusted Pork Cutlet with arugula, capers, red onions and preserved lemon butter; Olive Oil Poached Halibut with roasted artichoke risotto, crispy squash blossoms, and parmesan and back truffle fondue; and Savory Brioche French Toast with soft scrambled eggs, house cured salmon and caviar citrus emulsion. A variety of decadent desserts will end the meal on the perfect note.

Sanctuary’s Easter Brunch is $115 per person and $35 for children 12 and under, served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Prices exclude tax, gratuity, and beverages.
