It is now more important than ever to live a healthy lifestyle. With everyone having to make changes in their lives, it can be become increasingly harder to eat right.

Eat Clean Phx specializes in ready to eat pre-made meals. There is no chopping up ingredients or cooking required. Just pop them in the microwave for two minutes and dinner is ready. As a company, they are most proud of their ability to give back to the community. Whether it’s buying locally sourced ingredients or regularly bringing meals to homeless shelters for those in need, they are always looking for new ways to give back.

“Here at Eat Clean Phx we take on the task of figuring out ‘What’s for dinner?’ so you don’t have to,” says Ryan Powell, founder at Eat Clean PHX alongside his wife Brittany. “All of our meals are organic, made from scratch, and preservative free. Whether your goal is to lose weight, eat better, or anything in between, our health experts and nutritionists can help every step of the way.”

“Our family had tried multiple different meal prep companies both locally and nationally and honestly, were not impressed with the food or the macros,” he continues. “We have two kids that also were not big fans of the meals. Given my culinary background, we decided to start to Eat Clean Phx. Our goal is to provide our customers with ‘clean’ meals that they can be proud to not only eat themselves but also feed their family. All of our ingredients are organic, non-GMO and preservative-free. We don’t add any sugars and all of our meals are very low sodium.”

“We took off immediately,” he continues. “All of our marketing came from social media and word of mouth. People try our food and love it. We cater for meals to all lifestyles. If you’re trying to gain weight, lose weight or just eat healthy, we can take care of you.”

With their Eat Clean Phx Feed The Homeless program, for every meal container that is returned to them, they clean and sanitize it, then give a meal to those in need with it. “It is our way of giving back to the community,” Powell says.
