Promising a day filled with fun, learning, and play, the Arizona Children’s Learning and Play Festival is set to return on June 24 to WestWorld of Scottsdale. This annual extravaganza, a much-anticipated event among families across the Valley, will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 16601 N Pima Rd.

The Children’s Learning and Play Festival is a free public event expected to draw more than 15,000 attendees this year. The festival offers an unparalleled opportunity for children, toddlers, and young adults to engage in a variety of interactive activities, focusing on education, health, wellness, active play, and exploration.

Families attending can look forward to a robust schedule featuring appearances by children’s authors and illustrators, live performances, exciting rides, and STEM activations. Children will have the chance to interact with their favorite writers, witness the magic of storytelling brought to life, and even dabble in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics activities.

The event also promises to be an enriching experience, with a lineup of vendors hailing from throughout the Valley. Participants can expect wildlife exhibits, an array of local business offerings, and much more, all organized in a safe, fun, and educational environment.

The festival’s primary goal goes beyond just fun. Proceeds from the event will benefit The McDowell Sonoran Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that has been championing the cause of the Sonoran Desert for over three decades. As one of the leading volunteer organizations in the nation, the Conservancy is a committed partner in scientific research and an indispensable educational resource for the community.

In line with the Conservancy’s mission, the Children’s Learning and Play Festival emphasizes education as a key factor in inspiring individuals to have a positive impact on the environment. By integrating learning with play, the festival provides a platform for children and families to discover and learn interactively about the environment and its importance.

Lynn Johnson, Festival Director, invites families to come and enjoy the day. “This is a celebration of creativity, exploration, and fun. The event offers something for everyone, promoting curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning, all while enjoying the beautiful setting of WestWorld of Scottsdale.”

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to participate in a day of adventure, learning, and fun at the Children’s Learning and Play Festival. Be there to support the cause, engage in exciting activities, and make lifelong memories. Mark your calendars for June 24 – a day of interactive learning, exploration, and fun awaits at the WestWorld of Scottsdale.
