Attention local families who love STEAM—this event series is for you! Starting this fall, the Peoria public library system will be hosting a Fall into STEAM series for Peoria families.

“Join Miss Jenni as she brings her STEAM videos to life with these free programs either in-person at Pop-Up Peoria or virtually through the Peoria Interactive Experience and the Televeda platform,” according to the library.

The workshops will be every third Wednesday of the month at Pop-Up Peoria, located at Park West. These events will also be filmed and available for viewing on the Peoria Interactive Experience platform.
To participate, families can pick up a STEAM Take-and-Make craft at the Peoria Main Library or Sunrise Mountain Library a week before the event. Bring your Take-and-Make craft to Pop-up Peoria on the day and time of the event or log into your free Televeda account and learn about an exciting STEAM topic and construct your crafts together.
Event dates are Wednesdays, October 20, November 17 and December 15 from 2:30-3:30 p.m.
