The aroma of sizzling barbeque and the distinct taste of local craft beers are set to fill the streets of Downtown Chandler on March 2 and 3, as Pedal Haus Brewery and SanTan Brewing Company gear up for the second annual Downtown Chandler Barbeque Festival. This event promises a blend of barbeque favorites, live country music, and a showcase of some of Arizona’s finest craft beers.

“We have joined forces with SanTan Brewery to bring Downtown Chandler stellar live music, incredible barbeque and top-notch beers and bourbon” says Julian Wright, founder and CEO of Pedal Haus Brewery. “We look forward to another fun event with the Chandler community.”

This year, the festival moves to a new location at Dr. A.J. Chandler Park East (3 S. Arizona Ave.) and will run from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 3. The festival lineup includes a mouthwatering array of Arizona’s best barbeque from vendors like Pork on a Fork, West Alley BBQ, Honey Bear’s BBQ, and Joe’s Real BBQ. The music stage is set to feature continuous live country performances from six different bands over the two days, including Davweather, Georgia Chrome, Young Country, Calvin Jones, Hit Rewind, and Justin Hitson & Southbound.

Apart from the barbeque, guests can enjoy a wide selection of beverages including fan-favorite beers from both SanTan and Pedal Haus breweries, along with an array of bourbon and canned craft cocktails.

“We are excited to be partnered with Pedal Haus again to host this fun-filled festival in Historic Downtown Chandler,” says Jamie Hoffman, managing partner with SanTan Brewing Company. “Last year’s festival was such a blast. We’re anticipating more than 4,000 friends to join us this year and we are ready to deliver a fantastic experience.”

A portion of the festival’s proceeds will benefit the Downtown Chandler Community Partnership, a local nonprofit committed to supporting downtown businesses and enhancing the overall downtown experience, with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Tickets for the festival range from $12 to $25 for a single day and can be purchased on Eventbrite at http://tinyurl.com/3aptkyzm.
