Go Conquer Fitness is proud to announce the launch of a signature program designed to serve our veterans. As a gym that has a large focus on injury prevention, function training and movement, post rehab for major injuries, post joint replacement training, and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), it is a perfect location for veterans to come get relief from former injuries and damage.

PNF is a facilitated stretching that can reduce limited range of motion at the joints and relieve pain. A Go Conquer client Susan W. refers to the treatment as a stretching massage and the best part of her day. The PNF stretching allowed Susan to regain 100% range of motion in both bionic knees and she proceeded to hike Machu Pichu. Research shows that PNF can increase range of motion and function movement in just a few short treatments. Although Susan is not the only one to refer to it as a stretching massage, PNF is not a massage. It is done on a table fully clothed and involves the participant to be engaged and participate.

Regardless of the reason for your pain, limited range of motion or recovery from an injury, PNF can help you! Go Conquer Fitness is very excited to provide this service to veterans. It has been a dream of owner Katie Stumbo’s for years with no real way to implement it, until now!

Go Conquer Fitness, located at 13832 N. 32nd St, aims to provide safe and effective ways to educate and train people for max results with minimal risk. Owner Katie Stumbo has a bachelor’s in biology with a minor in Kinesiology, is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through NASM.
