HonorHealth has commenced construction on a new medical campus in Peoria, promising to enhance healthcare services in the West Valley. Located east of the Loop 101 on 83rd Avenue, between Thunderbird and Bell roads, the 100,000-square-foot facility is a significant addition to the region’s healthcare landscape.

The HonorHealth Medical Campus is set to offer a wide range of healthcare services, including cancer care, primary care, physical therapy, gastroenterology, breast surgery, outpatient surgery, and medical imaging. This expansion is in line with HonorHealth’s commitment to provide comprehensive healthcare solutions to the growing West Valley community.

Representing a total investment of $70 million, the project is a testament to HonorHealth’s dedication to enhancing healthcare accessibility and quality in Arizona. The campus is expected to be fully operational by 2025 and will create approximately 275 jobs, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and various other roles.
Todd LaPorte, CEO of HonorHealth, emphasizes the organization’s commitment to the community and points to the tremendous growth in the West Valley as the catalyst behind the campus.

Echoing this sentiment, Peoria Mayor Jason Beck hails the project as a “win-win development for Peoria,” noting that it will not only create high-quality employment opportunities but also provide residents with easy access to diverse medical services.

The land for the medical campus was acquired by HonorHealth in late 2023. The project is being developed by Anchor Health Properties, with Oakland Construction as the general contractor. Davis Architects is responsible for designing the core and shell of the facility, while Archsol is handling the tenant improvement architectural work.
