The local craft beer landscape in Scottsdale is set for an exciting expansion as Pinnacle Brewing Company announces the groundbreaking of its new brewery. Located in North Scottsdale’s Corner Center Square, near Scottsdale Airport and Costco, this new venture is a 4,300-square-foot facility that includes a brewery and taproom, complete with a covered outdoor patio for a beer garden atmosphere.

Pinnacle Brewing Company, a Scottsdale-based family business, is the brainchild of Brewmaster Wyatt Wilson and his parents, Mary and Bob Wilson. With a background in retail and retail technology, the Wilson family brings a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and brewing passion to the project. The company’s vision is to offer a mix of classic true-to-style beers and innovative interpretations of newer styles to the North Scottsdale community.

“Our company motto is ‘Inspired by Tradition,’” says Wyatt. “Our classic styles honor the rich traditions of Czechia, Germany, and Belgium, while our newer styles will be my interpretation based on what I’ve learned from several of the best brewers in the USA. Fresh beer simply tastes better, and we believe that beer should be enjoyed in a communal, fun environment. That is Pinnacle Brewing.”

The design of the brewery is set to evoke a modern mountain lodge feel, reflecting Wyatt’s experiences in Alberta, Canada, and Northern Colorado. This aesthetic choice aims to create an inviting and unique environment for patrons. Construction of the project is scheduled for completion within four months.

Pinnacle Brewing Company, 15111 N. Hayden Rd., is poised to become a new destination for beer enthusiasts in the area, offering an engaging space for enjoying quality craft beers. For more information, visit pinnaclebrewing.com.
