The Scottsdale 101 shopping center is one of the area’s most popular destinations. Located at Scottsdale Road and Mayo Boulevard, the complex offers dozens of specialty shops, familiar big-box stores, entertainment destinations, and eateries guaranteed to suit all tastes.
With opportunities on the horizon, the complex will see additional new occupants through 2021. The center just announced that Butters Pancakes & Café will join its extensive store directory this summer. Known for its sweet and savory dishes, the restaurant serves up delectable pancakes, omelets, burgers, wraps, salads, specialty items, and much more.
Ted Syregelas, owner of Butters Pancakes & Café, shares that the new eatery will open at 7000 E. Mayo Boulevard, on the corner of Scottsdale Road and Mayo Boulevard.
“We wanted to expand our popular Butters concept to the North Phoenix/North Scottsdale area and share our wonderful dining experience with a new group of guests,” Syregelas explains. “We are always looking for dynamic, active neighborhoods and our new location is a perfect choice for our next phase of expansion in Arizona.”
“We want to be known as the place where everyone can go to have a good time and we want to be the locals’ and visitors’ go-to breakfast and lunch spot in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area,” he continues. “Offering a diverse craft menu with craveable, creative and comfort food dishes, we serve scratch-made, pancakes, waffles, French toast and crepes, as well as a variety of egg dishes and specialties, such as fluffy omelets, scramblers, skillets and benes as well. We use local suppliers and purveyors as much as possible. We want to be known for a clean, warm and welcoming environment with a friendly staff providing the highest level of service. Also, we will be featuring a large heated and cooled patio for year-round outdoor dining.”
