Scottsdale Arts Ushers in 2024 with a Vibrant Array of Cultural Events

January in Scottsdale is set to be an exciting month for arts and culture enthusiasts. Scottsdale Arts, a leading nonprofit organization, is presenting a diverse lineup of performances and events in the area.

PERFORMANCES AND EVENTS
Detour Company Theatre | “Footloose: The Musical”
When: Friday–Sunday, Jan. 5–7, 3 p.m.
Where: Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, 7380 E. 2nd St., Scottsdale
What: A free performance of “Footloose,” presented by Detour Company Theatre, featuring iconic songs and celebrating themes of liberation and passion.
Keyboard Conversations with Jeffrey Siegel: “The Power and Passion of Beethoven”
When: Tuesday, Jan. 9, 7:30 p.m.
Where: Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, 7380 E. 2nd St., Scottsdale
What: Jeffrey Siegel commemorates 45 seasons with “The Power and Passion of Beethoven,” highlighting the composer’s most beloved pieces, including the “Appassionata” and “Sonata for Theresa.”
Knight Rise at Sunset
