Shea Homes has broken ground on a new single-family home community in North Phoenix called Northview at Stone Butte. Two model homes are under construction at Northview at Stone Butte Phase 1, where Shea has 53 homesites planned. A second phase of construction is planned for 2020 with both phases encompassing approximately 75 acres.

Located west of the intersection of Cave Creek Road and Pinnacle Peak Road, this gorgeous new community of single-family detached homes backs to more than 9,600 acres of natural beauty in the Phoenix, Arizona Sonoran Preserve, with more than 36 miles of trails just waiting to be explored on foot or bike. Quick access to multiple freeways, including the Loop 101 and AZ-51, makes this stunning desert escape an ideal home base for your outdoor life. Dining, shopping, schools, and major employment centers are minutes away, and downtown Phoenix is just 20 miles to the south.

The homes will offer a combination of six floorplans currently offered in other Shea communities, Evolve at Cantilena and Emblem at Aloravita. Each home in this desert community will feature fresh exteriors, inviting outdoor living areas, and flexible interior spaces that allow homeowners to personalize their home. Northview at Stone Butte plans to include both single story and two-story homes with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5 – 4.5 baths ranging in size from approximately 2,770 – 4,290 square feet. The neighborhood is proposed to have trails, tot lots, pet stations, fire pits, bocce ball, BBQs and ramadas.

“The setting is spectacular,” says Shea Homes Arizona Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Ken Peterson. “As you drive into this community, the desert location brings a sense of calm, and the conveniences of city life are just moments away.”

Sales are planned for January 2020. Pricing will be released soon, and preliminary floorplans are now online. Sign up for the interest list and find additional details on Northview at Stone Butte at
