Flashback to nearly 20 years ago when the far West Valley was not much more than Sonoran Desert. Since then, Peoria has become one of the most desirable places to live in the Metro Phoenix area, with a diverse selection of retail and entertainment experiences. Vistancia, the award-winning 7,100-acre master planned community located in Northwest Peoria, has played a key role to the positive growth of the city.

Vistancia is currently home to more than 17,500 residents within its three unique lifestyle communities: The Village at Vistancia, which boasts family-friendly living; Blackstone at Vistancia, a private golf course community; and Trilogy at Vistancia, which offers active adult living to those age 55 plus. This year, the master plan opened its fourth and final lifestyle community, Northpointe at Vistancia.

Northpointe at Vistancia, is possibly the “icing on the cake,” nestled among the most elevated and mountainous land within Vistancia. Northpointe at Vistancia spans 3,450 acres and is nestled between the White Peak and Twin Buttes landforms. It features stunning panoramic views, natural desert foothills, amazing dark skies, and approximately 1,000 acres of mountain preserve.

“It has been an absolute pleasure to contribute to the growth of North Peoria,” says Mark Hammons, vice president/general manager of Vistancia. “Northpointe at Vistancia’s elevated desert living experience celebrates the surrounding natural Sonoran desert. It’s what makes this community so unique and special, and completes the ultimate living experience in the West Valley.”

Northpointe at Vistancia will feature approximately 3,200 homes upon completion. The inaugural phase includes 437 homesites by three premier builders: David Weekley Homes, Pulte Homes, and Richmond American Homes.

More than 125 homes have already sold and the first residents are expected to move in soon.

Northpointe at Vistancia residents will have access to a 10-acre amenity site including The Sovita Club, a 5,300-square-foot resort-style recreation center. The Sovita Club is located at one of the highest points of the property to take advantage of stunning views. The clubhouse will serve as a focal point and hub for resident recreation and activities. Indoor features will include gathering spaces for resident events, a catering kitchen, and a movement and fitness on-demand studio. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, event lawns, multi-use turf court and basketball court, kids’ outdoor playscape, patio seating, and access to community pathways and trails.

Residents will also have access to Vistancia’s 3.5-mile Discovery Trail, two K-8 schools, two city parks, a retail center, and golf courses. For more information on Northpointe at Vistancia, visit liveatnorthpointe.com.
