Mark your calendars and raise a glass to Wrigley Mansion Festivin 2023, the highly anticipated event that promises to be a celebration of wine, food, and education. From May 18 to 21, the historic Wrigley Mansion will open its doors to guests for an action-packed weekend featuring exclusive dinners, classes, demonstrations, a Grand Tasting, and a Sparkling Sunday brunch.

The festivities kick off on Thursday, May 18, with three luxurious dinners that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. Christopher’s at Wrigley Mansion will offer a personalized 750ml crystal decanter of LOUIS XIII dé Rémy Martin Cognac, along with a menu crafted by JBF Chef Christopher Gross and paired wines. Geordie’s Restaurant will showcase the diverse range of wines from the Club Tresors in Champagne, while Geordie’s Chefs Table will provide a pure dining experience featuring an incredible selection of vintages and wines from Dom Perignon.

Friday, May 19, brings two extraordinary wine dinners, including the Wrigley Mansion Flight Club I, where husband and wife sommeliers Jane Lopes and John Ross will battle it out to see whose pairings work better with Chef David Brito’s menu. Guests will vote on each course to decide who will be crowned champion. The night also features a Throwback Dinner 1940 – 1990, which celebrates the pivotal moments in the history of wine and food with wines and dishes from each decade.
Saturday, May 20, is an action-packed day filled with interactive classes led by advanced and master sommeliers, winemakers, and experts. Guests can choose from four classes that will dive into the wine scene from around the world. Two cooking demonstrations are also planned, where Geordie’s Executive Chef David Brito will cook and serve special lunch dishes that he’ll pair with wines coming from Giuliana Imports, and Chef Christopher Gross will prepare his dishes at Christopher’s at Wrigley Mansion, which will be served with Kermit Lynch Wines.

As the afternoon unfolds, the Grand Tasting begins, offering a unique opportunity to sample around 100 different wines from various regions of the world. Guests can savor delectable bites from visiting purveyors, as well as Chef David’s diverse selection of dishes to complement the wines. New this year will be the option for everyone to buy what they taste, down to just a single bottle, if desired.

The fun doesn’t stop there. Guests can also enjoy adorable, adoptable puppies by Almost There: A Mom and Pup Rescue, lawn games, and entertainment. And for those looking to extend their evening, Geordie’s Lounge within the Mansion provides a perfect setting to continue the festivities.
