Mark your calendars, VALLEY residents! Anthem’s Market in the Park is back this fall, setting up shop at Anthem Community Park, located at 41703 N. Gavilan Peak Pkwy. Make sure to catch the market vibes on October 8 and 22, as well as November 5 and 19.
Under the leadership of Manny Gonzales, the dynamic mortician-turned-community builder, the market has seen a shift in its offerings. This season, anticipate an array of food trucks offering delectable bites, continuing the market’s rich history of hosting over 100 food trucks in its previous years.
Food trucks aside, the very soul of the market lies in its unique vendors. Regulars like Tumbleweed Coffee Co., with its vintage 1950s truck and trailer, and Berry Delicious, the go-to for refreshing juices, are among the many that have made the Market in the Park an Anthem favorite.
From its origin as a weekly meet-up outside The Spa on 41st to support local enterprises during challenging times, the market has undergone significant growth. By early 2023, a move to Anthem Community Park, after discussions with the Anthem Community Council (ACC), infused new energy into the market, now boasting over 60 vendors.
