Rosati’s Pizza has been around for over 50 years serving up delicious food. I remember as a child growing up on the north side of Chicago eating their food and loving it since before I could even walk. When we found out that our local Rosati’s on 40th St and Bell was available for purchase, my brother Scott, my father Berle and I, Marty Clark all knew we needed to jump at this opportunity. The three of us all have different backgrounds that compliment each other. Our father has owned many businesses over the years from Laundromats to antique repair. My brother Scott spent 30 years as a project manager for various defense contractors and even ran a saloon in Tombstone for a few years as well. I have worked in sales and communications, restaurants and even the phone company for a spell. Our diverse experience has given us a unique ability to handle whatever is thrown at us. Working in the food industry will always have its challenges though. Less than a month after we took over the store, our very large and very expensive pizza oven decided it had been neglected too long and took itself a break. After many weeks and a lot of money later we successfully overcame this set back and never had to close our doors. We are proud of our accomplishments and look forward to many years serving up fine Italian food and pizza to our community. Please come in, say hello and join us for a slice. Don’t forget to bring the family!
