Sunrise Promenade, located on southeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road, is a popular retail project that includes a blend of local, regional and national stores and restaurants.

The current tenants for this shopping plaza include popular brands like Wow Wow Lemonade Stand, Black Rock Coffee, Yoga Six, Aldi, and more.

Thompson Thrift Retail Group, the real estate company behind Sunrise Promenade, just announced that MacMedia, StretchLab and Athletico Physical Therapy will join these top-notch retailers later this year.
MacMedia is an authorized Macintosh (Apple) vendor offering sales, consultant services and repairs to Mac desktops, Mac laptops and all other Apple products. MacMedia is committed to providing Apple users the highest level of customer service and solutions, according to the company.

StretchLab offers a unique and innovative approach to assisted stretching that has created a widespread and devoted following across the country. StretchLab helps participants safely stretch and search for ways to reduce injury, regain mobility and reclaim their freedom, according to the company. There are currently four StretchLab locations in Arizona and three new studios, including the Lake Pleasant location, opening this year. This will be the first StretchLab in the West Valley.

Athletico Physical Therapy
With over 20 locations in Arizona, this will be the first Athletico Physical Therapy in Peoria. The location will feature highly trained physical therapists, athletic trainers, personal trainers and massage therapists. All of the services and treatments are aimed to help people of all ages recover from back and neck pain, muscle strains and sprains, joint issues and sport, and work or auto injuries, according to the company.
