Landmark Theatres Opens at Scottsdale Quarter
Landmark Theatres, an established national theater chain, opened its doors to the public last month. Located at the site of the former iPic Theater at Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, the theatre marks the company’s first Arizona location.

“We are very excited to extend our brand into the Phoenix area, in a beautifully designed luxury theatre in an upscale center,” says President Paul Serwitz.
The renovated theatre features eight screens with plush recliners and a chic, brand new concession stand. Not only are traditional concessions available, but a selection of gourmet items as well. For guests who want to enjoy a craft cocktail or glass of wine, Landmark’s Scottsdale Quarter location has a full-service bar and lounge with comfortable seating for date nights or social gatherings.
